The Iraqi Security Forces are efficiently eliminating ISIS from Mosul. This city has been considered a major place occupied by the terrorist organizations Daash and ISIS since 2014. The battle is experiencing an unpremeditated weapon store of experimental weapons. The latest hand-made weapon of ISIS is the armed drone. It is a commercial quad-copter fully equipped with the capability to drop a grenade-size explosive on the forces. It has been most famous that ISIS is using armed drones, but the latest photographs out of Mosul are showing that the terrorist group is currently using the quad-copters as a single-mission vehicle bomber.

The Kurdish media network Rudaw also indicated last week that explosive-drones of ISIS are drooping explosives on civilians and damaging equipments. But, Rudaw said that ISIS is using these commercial drones to drop explosives. It is important that Iraqi security forces are also using anti-drone weapons, including gun-like jammers. It has the ability to target some commercial drones involved in terrorist activities. Point to be noted, Rudaw also confirmed that a large number of armed drones have been targeted successfully. The Iraqi Armed Forces also using off-the-shelf drones for their military operations. These drones are specifically being used for scouting and supporting to call an artillery strikes.
