The resident of Lake Arrowhead, California, Renee Wetzel whose husband Michael Wetzel was one of 14 people killed in a terrorist attack in San Bernardino. Point to be noted that 14 people were killed and at 21 were injured in a terrorist attack took place on 2nd December 2015 on a services center in San Bernardino. Wetzel has posted a message on Facebook and criticized the executive order of 27th January 2017 of Donald Trump. This executive order has banned immigrants and refugees from 7 Muslim countries. She added that the executive order of U.S President Donald Trump is against everything this country stands for. It is important that the American Civil Liberties Union and other civil rights groups have condemned that the Trump administration officials used the attack of San Bernardino to defend the travel ban order of Trump.
Wetzel had published her post on 30th January 2017 by adding her photograph by showing a handwritten play card sign. She displayed a message on it that “My husband was killed in the terrorist attack in the San Bernardino by radicalized Islamic terrorists. I don’t support immigration freeze of Trump”. The victim of San Bernardino attack, Michael Wetzel was an environmental supervisor for San Bernardino County. The executers of the attack in which he was killed were local residents. The FBI also characterized the suspects (married couple) as “Homegrown Violent Extremists”. First suspect, Syed Rizwan Farooq was an American-born U.S and his wife, Tashfeen Malik was born in Pakistan and she was a legal permanent U.S resident. Both were killed in a police shootout at the incident place. The Facebook post of Renee Wetzel was shared by at least 15 thousand online users within first 24 hours.
